Either 5 sets of max pullups or 5 sets of max muscle ups, if you cant do muscle ups do ring dips (so i tried muscle ups and totally failed LOL but yeah.. i did a mix of everything here)

20 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (LOLOLOL WHOOPS! I only did 15 wall ball shots! HAHA oh well)
haa today was really fun! cept my leg is all scratched up again from climbing ropes! :( i dont like rope climb!!!
