i lost my reading list!! :(

Soo.. i've lost it for a while now! but yeah!! i unno why, but all of the sudden, i started following.. NOONE!! LOl so weirdd!! i don't even know what happened!!! just lost my reading list so now i'll have to follow the different blogs again!! and honestly, some of them were hard to get!!! I had to extensively stalk a friend to find my friends blog page!!oh well!! guess i won't be following that person anymore!!!! haha anyways.. if you blog, do me a favour and comment on this post so i may follow you! :) thaannkss!! hahaa

the more i think about Julie Foucher, the more i realize I want to have her kind of life!! (okay, i don't have to be like a super good crossfitter) but I'd love to coach crossfit, and become a doctor!...like actually! If I could be a crossfit coach/owned an affiliate and was a sports med doctor, it would be my dream!

talking about sports med doctor, lol i need my back to get fixed! i feel like i blogged about this before, but honestly, when lifting weights...FORM IS SO IMPORTANT!!! and knowing what ur limits are is super important too! for snatches/jerks and stuff.. BAIL if you need too!!! don't break ur back trying to get it up or injure urself by dropping it on ur head or something!.. and when deadlifting...DONT ROUND UR BACK!!! (just lower the weight or don't do it!!) stuff I've learned from experience which I wish i didn't have to learn from experience!  Honestly, I used to think my body was indestructable! but yeah....it's not! and when u get a lower back injury, you sort of regret it! you'd think i'd learn to be careful after messing my back up last year from the snatch..but no! still messed it up from doing deadlifts (caring more about RX'ding a workout than safety/form).  Personally, i love crossfit and will probably continue doing it for a long time! but It is so important to listen to the coaches there and make sure ur form is good!  Better to not RX a workout one day than RX it one day and not be able to crossfit again for the rest of ur life!! so yeah!!

okay.. mcat study break is over! need to get back to it! LOL

So I'm studying for my MCATs now! so much more stuff than i expected to know.. and i've covered like nothing so far! but i've decided, I'm gonna study by the book!  ATM I'm doing the Kaplan course and they have review and preview work and stuff! so i've decided I'm going to do all of it!...aka actually do my work and see what happens! (hopefully I do well)  I actually really want to get into medschool now!  I really wanna be a sports medicine doctor!!! lol and i feel like that kind of stuff is what I'm meant to do! but right now I'm struggling with the question "why should"...rather the "why not"! haha like obviously it'd be nice to be a doctor but why should i be a sports doctor? why not a physio? and right now I don't know!  From what I know, doing either profession will make me happy because I like what both do!  I do feel that a sports doctor can do more stuff though, which is good to me because I like to do more lOL like my friend says I say, "the best or nothing!" LOL but in this case, either one for now is good for me!! oh shoot! LOL lost my train of thought! but yeah! Like a diff friend told me yesterday, it is a difficult path and getting into medschool/physio school is not easy! So i need to work hard! and getting into sports medicine is even harder! cos then i'd have to get into medschool first and the be the top of my class to be able to specialize!! LOL ah well!

Today was good though! i got a lot more done than i normally get done! did like.. a billion quizzes and i'm still on physics.. and honestly, this is just the super easy stuff, yet i mess up a lot!! haha like i haven't gotten perfect on any of my quizzes yet! (so fail) even though I know all the concepts, i either make really dumb mistakes or misinterpret the question! okay.. one of the questions i got wrong makes no sense.. so I am just pretending i got it right until someone really explains to me the physics because to me, the situation seemed impossible! we'll see though! haha

I need to stop forgetting!!

DREAM GIRL!!! I need to stop forgetting who you are! So last night, I had a dream and you were definitely in it... and here's the thing, I forget what the dream was about, but I still feel the impression you left me.. if that makes sense!  I sort of wish i could dream of you all the time so i could see you more! and actually rmb who you are!!  Anyways, in my dream, i felt like i just knew u super well!! that I didn't notice that you were my dream girl! it was weird! until i woke up.. i was like.. she was the one! and i'm like.. oh yeah so who was she again? AND I FORGOT!! i couldn't rmb her name OR face.. yet in my dream, her face or name wasn't something i had to think about, cos it was so familiar to me!! *sigh* i can't even rmb if i knew u before the dream...it seemed like i did because i knew u well, but at the same time.. i really have no idea!  Honestly though, I thank God I can't remember her face..cos think about it...IT"D BE SO WEIRD!! cos then i'd be looking for that specific girl.. and okay. what if i find her? it's be so weird....cos i can't go up to her and be like. "ur the one" or w/e.. i'd stil have to try to win her heart!  I guess not knowing is good sometimes! but there are days I wish i knew who my DG was!

I get this feeling of like.. deep love for some reason.. i don't know how to describe it besides the word love.  It's like.. agape love or something.... that deep love for a person.. no matter what!...unconditional love that also has a passion.  its interesting! haha

Figure skating!

I am in angus glen right now and now i've decided! I want my kid to learn figure skating!! whether boy or girl!! i think it'd be sick!!! and also they could play hockey too! i think they complement each other!! but it'd be cool! ...tbh, i just think it'd be cool if I learned how to! LOL but yeah.. i don't know if i'll ever get the chance to learn how to skate pro-ly like these little girls that i'm watching! LOL

Friends!

Today was a nice day! verry relaxing! and fun! what did i do? okay....
So i woke up this morning to go exercise with my friend! haha that was fun! we also had some deep talks! He got me thinking about those ppl who have never heard about Jesus Christ before and what happens to them...really complicated stuff tbh! haha which was cool! and i really enjoyed the chilling, the talks and the working out with him! he's pretty much my workout partner during the schoolyear so it's always fun! we just did chest, back and abs today.. LOL and FAIL cardio! hahaha
then I came home and took a 20 min nap cos i was tired oh yeah.. i also ate lunch with that friend before i worked out wiht him! haha after the nap, i watched bring it on in it to win it! (didn't finish it) but it was jokes! sort of getting me back into cheerleading mode...even though its really different than what I do.. as in the ppl are really different! HAHA! then I got picked up by a friend and went to eat wings with 2 other friends as well and just caught up and stuff! they got me thinking about some secret to the kingdom of heaven!.. so thats's cool! I think i'm sort of coming to an answer after reading that part of Mark 4 a couple of times.... but i still want to ponder on it a little longer!
Then i got picked up by my bro and went to crossfit! where he TOTALLY OBLITERATED ME! HAHA! not going to lie, the WOD did favour him, but I didn't expect to get like.. lapped twice! LOLOL i FAIL! haaha but he's fit! so it's okay!
then after that, came back home and read the second half of Romans 1 with another friend and lol talked about a similar thing I talked with my first friend in the morning! so that was interesting!

After thinking about this day, all I can say is that I am truly blessed to have so many different Christian friends to hang out with, to challenge me, to mutually encourage each other by our faith, to pray for each other, to hold each other accountable...it's truly just a blessing and I really thank God for that!

Anyways, I hope you are all having a good summer! Resting up and being productive!

"Jireh" WOD

I don't know why.. but honestly, getting the fat back that you took like.. a year to burn off is like. super easy for me! LOL i think i just have a super slow metabolism or somethign! LOL but yeah! recently my mom is like.. "JIREH! you're getting fat again!" and i was like "WHAT?! a month ago u said I was fit!" and she was like "I take that back! you're getting fat!!! i can see that belly!" an i'm like.. dannnnggggggg exam period screwed me over! LOL cos i ate the same way I would eat when I worked out 5 times a week and i worked out once every like.. 2 weeks! LOL so yeah and i don't have a naturally high metabolism like most skinny asians! LOL but then my mom was like "I'm not worried though, summer is here, you can do crossfit!" and i'm like YES! haha Crossfit! I did crossfit last week, but i injured myself doing deadlifts.... DON'T EVER ROUND YOUR BACK! its a dumb idea! even if u want a good time....its better do either scale it or go slower than to like...permanently screw over ur back and u won't be able to work out again! luckily, my back problem isn't THAT severe... even though it is pretty bad! anyways, i haven't worked out in a while, so i gave myself like.. a week to recover! but hopefully I can start crossfitting again tmr! and i need to do it like.. 5 times a week again to keep my metabolism up!

BTW! i made a WOD for myself!!! i want it to be called Jireh! LOl but iunno! i'm not a war hero! LOl os yeah! but I hope crossfit markham does it for my b-day or something! If you guys read this (which you probalby won't, my bday is Oct 26! so if ur a crossfitter, try out "Jireh"a t ur local gym!) LOL I think it's pretty legit/hard LOL

What do you think?! :) haha! I like it! I have yet to try it out! maybe on my bday or something!  I was gonna do the 100 thing with burpees every minute on the minute.. but i'm like.. w/e.. stick to the old fashioned 4 ronds for time! lol
