Workout today! :D not as bad as normal LOL so thats good
3-3-3-3-3 Deadlifts 85% of 1RM (i used 255lbs which i realized was only 70% now. OL oh well! HAHA)

400m sprints x 4 with 2 min break in between sprints

Okay so you look at the 2 min break and ur like.. OOH thats EASY but its not man! the 2 min rest is so taht you have to run faster! LOL I didn't really "sprint" it .. just ran it faster than i jog LOl but yeah.. i'm tired.. but unlike most of the other workouts, i'm not that tired now, i feel like I can go again today or something.. just cos it was mostly running.

From now on, i'm gonna try doing the crossfit warmup as well before I do the actual workouts which is this:
3 mins of skipping, 10-15 reps of... over head squats with pvc pipe (so its light), pushups, sit-ups and pull-ups and 3 sets of that.

Starting tmr i will do that! :D
