2-2-2-2-2 Front Squats 90% 1RM (i used just 135lbs.. which was actually really light... but it was my first time ever doing front squats and yeah... it KILLED my wrists LOl so yeah i didn't do more LOL)

5 Handstand push-ups 
10 1-legged squats 
15 Pull-ups


AHHA this is hard! :( i ripped BOTh of my hands today UNDER gloves!!! :(:( i actually wore weightlifting gloves but the pullups... danggg.. cos i did mostly kipping pullups.. and theres a lot of stuff.. so yeah.. RIP! LOL it was fun though! i am tired now!


ohh i have so much to talk about today! it was the most interesting day! AHHA..w ell not that interesting but most interesting one i had in a while.. it will be in my next post cos this one is just for fitness LOL
