oh man.. typing right now hurts my fingers! LOl cos i have an open wound from all the swinging on the bars today! LOL so yeha i had a callous and now, its gone cos it got ripped off.. LOL thats my story

anyways, heres what I did today
Front Squat 1 Rep Max 1X1X1X1X1 (I used 225lbs for now)

For Time 
50 Double Unders 
10 Toe to Bar 
40 Push ups 
10 Toe to Bar 
30 Box Jumps 
10 Toe to Bar 
20 Burpees 
10 Toe to Bar 
10 Pull ups 
10 Toe to Bar


This was a really fun workout though! LOL even though my hands are now ripped LOL but w/e! it was worthit! :D then i went home and ate like.. a million calories worth of food.. :( what a waste! haha oh wells! HAAH it was fun! nd  teh food tasted good! :D
