yes that was hard.. and dumb... i shouldn't ahve done dips and pushups.>. lOL too much triceps! LOL the workout was SUPPOSED to be 5 pullups but i was at home so i did dips instead cos i dont have a pullup bar lol
so yeah.. my triceps are dead LOL
OOH YEHA!!! i had a dream last night! it was about black bears... i'll tell you more later.. probalby tmr.. i dont have much time now.. cos i need to sleep for tmr cos tmr is a long day. haha
