WOD Nov 7, 2011

So i went to the gym today again! HAHA needa get stronger!

Shoulder press 5x5 @105 (yes i know its weaksauce)

Then

For time:
42 pullups
21 overhead squats @95lbs
30 pullups
15 overhead squats @95lbs
18 pullups
9 overhead squats @95lbs
Time: 14:48

Then

One arm snatch at 95lbs (took me 2 tries LOL first try was just FAIL, second time, i ALMOST bailed but i was like.. NOOOOO!!! and pushed it up LOL)
