SO, i've stopped the 100pushups/day thing for like.. 6-7 weeks now? and yeah.. oh myyyy!! my pushups really suck now! HAHAHAHA
I did a mini WOD with my bro... 150 pushups for time... it took me 14:10 (around 10.7 pushups/min)....soooo baddd!!! considering a couple months ago i did 551 in 1 hr.... LOL (around 9.2 pushups/min) sooo faiiillllll!! haah oh wells! i need to work on them again! LOL
anyways, tomorrow will be a fun day... i've already planned it out.. LOL
afternoon WOD:
TABATAS (40s on, 20s off instead of 20 on 10 off)
8 rounds of each exercise with 1 min break after each full exercise (so in total, there is only 2 mins of rest excluding the 20s off rest period):
KB swings @55lbs
Dumbell thrusters @25lbs each arm
Burpees!
Then in the evening WOD:
14km jog! lol
SMILE! and be happy!
