So, i'm sort of stuck at home (london home) cos of exams and stuff! so yeah! i did a workout at home!
TABATAS!! essentially 8 rounds of each exercise listed...each round consisting of 20s on, 10s rest
Burpees (57)
Situps (70)
Pushups (108)
Air squats (144)
In brackets are my totals for the 8 rounds of each exercise!
it was fun! :) not too bad! i feel good after it.. not like. too burned out or anything...which is good! :)
