SOOO! today, i worked out! LOl and I haven't worked out in like.. a week now! LOl so it's prettyy long! and i'm getting fat! LOL
2 days in a row, i ate KBBQ!! ... all you can eat fat and meat essentially! LOL so yeah!! needed to work it off!! LOLOL
So i missed out on xfit this morning cos i slept in LOLl and didn't wanna go by myself! LOL so yeah later taht day my bro and I decided to run.. but i'm like.. i hate running.. lets do murph.. but then we don't have a pullup bar so we decided to just do dumbell rows instead.. (which was WAY easier.. lol not gonna lie) but yeah!! here is what we did
Run 1 mile
20 rounds of:
5 dumbell rows per arm @25lbs (which was way too light)
10 pushups
15 squats
then end off with
Run 1 mile
so yeah! it was a good workout! i feel much better now! LOL just need to get back into working out!
