WOW so i'm getting back into crossfit! LOL today woke up at 6am for it! :( haha but it was fun! LOl sort of!! the workout was essentially my goats.. so i really sucked at it! LOl but it was good to practice them! :)
WOD:
4x4x4x4x4x4 Deadlifts @245lbs
Then
5 rounds of:
15 chest to bar chin-ups
50 double unders
LOL so yeah it was fun! and my arms feel like.. super pumped at the moment LOL so weird! but yeah tiring! cos i'm bad at pullups and double unders! LOL
