MIDNIGHT WOD!

4 Rounds for Time:

Run 400m
10 Burpees
Run 400m
15 DB Thrusters 25lbs per arm

Time was 19:30 ish! LOL i have slow running.......

it is now 12:52am! LOl just finished the WOD! LOL at least now i know all the food i ate today wont be converted to pure fat! LOl
